Ahead of the “Cali Clasico” between LA Galaxy and San Jose Earthquakes, Zlatan Ibrahimovic emerged from training to face the media and couldn’t resist the opportunity to brag.
Asked about the pressure he puts on himself in pursuit of silverware, Ibra seized the chance to remind everybody, once again, of his impressive track record while claiming that he’s won more in his career than the whole of MLS put together.
“I came here because I have won a lot; I didn’t come to relax. So far I’ve won 33 trophies; which is probably more than the whole MLS put together,” the Swedish striker bragged.
“I know what I’m doing, trust me.”
For the record, Galaxy promptly went on to lose 3-0 to the Earthquakes.
